Convene to open second London location
Hospitality company Convene is opening a second London location in 2024.
The new 4,180-square-metre meeting and events venue will be located in Paternoster Square, Sancroft, St. Paul’s – a central location surrounded by a collection of historical London landmarks. It will feature a 900-person plenary room – the largest space within the Convene global portfolio and the largest single, above-ground room in the City of London.
Elliott Sparsis, head of corporate development and real estate, said the second location was needed to meet the rising demand for event space in London.
“In London alone, Convene has witnessed a 90% increase in demand for its meetings and events product year-over-year,” he said. “There is a particularly strong appetite in the City of London, and with our new location at Sancroft, St. Paul’s, we look forward to serving the meeting and events needs of nearby businesses.”
The new facility joins Convene’s existing location at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
