Newly opened Crystal Grill House brings old world, new cuisine together
Since opening earlier this year at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, The Crystal Grill House has served guests with a departure from traditional steak and seafood along the banks of the Chao Phraya, Bankok’s River of Kings.
Situated on the waterside, the restaurant offers a view of the Sirimahannop, a reimagined tall ship that sailed between Thailand and the rest of the world in the early 1900s.
The restaurant features five private dining pavilions, signature cocktails and fine wines, and an open kitchen with casual, counter-style seating. Or if you want to dine along the river banks, there is an alfresco terrace available as well.
The menu offers cuts of meat and fresh seafood cooked-to-order on a charcoal, wood-fired Josper Grill that burns a variety of woods each day. There is classic steakhouse fare including cuts of beef, seafood and a curated international wine list.
Behind the bar, bartenders will serve up a variety of classic and signature cocktails from around the world, including America, India, Persia, China and Japan.
