Las Vegas welcomes back business travellers

As the No. 1 trade show destination in North America for 26 years, according to Trade Show News Network, Las Vegas currently has 1.3 million square metres of conference and exhibition space; 150,000 hotel rooms; and world-class sports, entertainment, dining and more.
Recently, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) announced several new trade shows coming to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) over the next decade, such as the Sweets & Snacks Expo and Mobile World Congress.
With the construction of several major projects during the pandemic, Las Vegas was able to welcome back business travellers with exciting new offerings and Only Vegas experiences. The destination recently celebrated the opening of Resorts World Las Vegas, CAESARS FORUM and the West Hall expansion of the LVCC. MSG Sphere at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, site of the next generation of entertainment experiences, is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023. More than $4.5 billion in investments are planned over the next two years, adding approximately 7,000 more hotel rooms and almost 73,500 square metres of convention space throughout the destination by the end of 2024.
